Engaged in a 3-month, on-site community systems design and implementation project. This co-living community was struggling both financially and operationally, with residents reporting that shared responsibilities and guidelines were unclear.

Work was structured into three key phases:

Inquiry: Conducted resident and staff interviews, identified key challenges, facilitated strategic goal mapping, reviewed financial model, performed SWOT analysis, and outlined a scalable growth plan.

Development: Refined financial model, restructured pricing, defined staffing roles and resident responsibilities, codified community agreements, outlined hospitality considerations, designed onboarding systems, and cataloged future maintenance and project needs.

Implementation: Facilitated community-wide meetings to introduce systems, assign responsibilities, support staff onboarding, and incorporate iterative feedback. Delivered final documentation, templates, and SOPs to ensure long-term sustainability.

Result: Community has been self operating using these systems for more than one year and the business has been more financially stable than ever with the resident retention and engagement rate improved.
