• Produced a 15-day work retreat in Guatemala for a startup company with 25 participants from around the world
• Web3 experts came together to support the Cohere start-up, which is developing a network of co-work and co-living spaces worldwide with equity through a crypto token.
• Managed all logistics for the attendee experience end-to-end, including the landing page, application, review process, onboarding, accommodations, travel, meals and special programs.
• Coordinated communications, file receiving and uploads for over 100 3D NFT artists at a multi-day event on a yacht during Art Basel Miami
• Performed planning and execution for event logistics and operations at 12+ public events across the Phoenix valley.
• Managed stage, musicians and audience areas for 7 days at Canal Convergence, the annual light, art and water festival on the Scottsdale canal
• Designed, built and installed 2 large wire sculpture animals
• Supported decor and managed inventory. 2,000+ attendees
• Worked 8 days with Hardcore Decor team for build and strike at Burning Man in 2019
• Developed crowd management and safety protocol to lead a team during circus productions with aerial and fire. 1,000+ attendees
• Worked split shifts to engage participants in daytime activities and nighttime concerts while managing a team. 50k+ attendees
• Developed scheduling, staffing, budget, and aesthetics to produce 3 after-hours events for the festival. 500-1,000 attendees per night
• Provided mentorship, templates and event day support for a team of 15 students to produce a TEDx conference for 1,000+ attendees
